The San Julián and Santa Lucía complex, comprising a former hospital and a Renaissance church of the same name, is now home to this attractive restaurant as well as the headquarters of the Somontano wine board with its focus on the world of wine and wine tourism. Here, chef Javier Matinero, a leading light in the culinary renaissance of this area, offers a contemporary à la carte alongside interesting set menus. One of the highlights is the delicious tartare of pink Barbastro tomatoes with a mussel ice cream.
