L'avis du Guide Michelin
If you happen to find yourself in Pedreguer’s old town, this restaurant close to the market will definitely attract your attention thanks to its façade and its meticulous and contemporary interior design. On their two menus (Valentina and Ausiàs March, both with the option of adding an additional tripe dish), the young couple at the helm, Ausiàs Signes and Felicia Guerra, showcase Mediterranean cuisine that they have impressively brought up to date and which is always built around local and regional ingredients. The desserts here stand out – and for good reason: in 2022 (when he was head pastry chef at the renowned Tatau restaurant in Huesca) Ausiàs won the Pastelero Revelación en Madrid Fusión award.
